The processing method comprises the following steps that: (1) a B1-grade building molding polystyrene plate is firstly subjected to extrusion toughening on a compressor or a roller press; (2) a toughened B1-grade EPS (expandable polystyrene) plate is subjected to molding cutting, the upper surface of the cut B1-grade EPS plate is a plane, and the lower surface of the cut B1-grade EPS plate is an undulant surface; and (3) reinforced cloth is bonded on the upper surface of the cut B1-grade EPS plate. The invention provides the heat insulation and sound isolation pad plate and the processing method of the heat insulation and sound isolation pad plate with the advantages that the sound transmission of floor slab impact can be effectively reduced; the heat insulation effect is better; and the cost is low.
