The invention relates to a ceiling keel structure and a mounting method thereof. The ceiling keel structure comprises a cross beam, a hanger and a keel. The cross beam is fixed to a roof; the cross beam is provided with a slide; the upper portion of the hanger is provided with a hanging part; the hanging part is slidably disposed on the slide of the cross beam; the lower portion of the hanger is provided with a bearing face used for bearing the keel; the keel is rested on the bearing face. Multiple keels can be mounted on the cross beam; driving every keel into a wall with expansion nails is not required; the position of the keel relative to the cross is adjustable, thus operating is facilitated.
