The invention relates to a ceramic tile, in particular to a health-care ceramic tile and a manufacturing method thereof. The health-care ceramic tile can release anions and has a massage function. The health-care ceramic tile comprises a ceramic tile body. A groove is formed in the ceramic tile body and filled with anion powder blocks. The anion powder blocks are 0.5-2 cm higher than the horizontal plane of the ceramic tile body and covered by a waterproof soft resin layer. The ceramic tile body comprises, by weight, 32-40 parts of kaolin, 22-27 parts of elbaite, 13-18 parts of dravite, 23-35 parts of nanometer titanium dioxide, 30-40 parts of calcium oxide. Each anion powder block is composed of tourmaline rock flour, elbaite and dravite according to the ratio of 1:10-15:10-15.
