A color steel plate or aluminum plate treated by mildew resistant treatment is adopted for a visible-surface plate, the visible-surface plate is mildewproof and fireproof, has a good molding effect, is high in strength and is beautiful; the middle bonding layer is a layer of super glue for bonding the fireproof wrapping layer and the mildewproof and fireproof invisible-surface liner plate, and the super glue has the effect that a sectional material body formed by the combination of the invisible-surface liner plate and the fireproof wrapping layer cannot crack in the middle after being sawed off by any length; the mildewproof and fireproof invisible-surface liner plate is formed by extruding of high polymer materials through a mold, wherein a mildewproof agent, an antibacterial agent, a fire retardant and an antiaging agent are added in the high polymer materials, so that the fireproof invisible-surface liner plate has the effects of sterilization, mildew prevention and fire prevention. The skirting board not only has the properties of mildew prevention and fire prevention, but also has the properties of damp prevention and pest prevention, so that the skirting board is guaranteed not to deform after being used for a long time, the defect that the skirting board is likely to mildew and deform is avoided; the skirting board does not use wood as raw materials, so that the forest resource is protected.
