The invention relates to a U-shaped lock with double lock cylinders. The U-shaped lock with double lock cylinders comprises a lock body and a U-shaped locking beam rotatably arranged on the lock body, wherein two lock cylinder grooves arranged in sequence are formed in the lock body, the ends of the lock cylinder grooves are connected with lock bolt grooves vertically communicated with the lock cylinder grooves, a first lock cylinder and the second lock cylinder are arranged in the lock cylinder grooves, a first locking column arranged eccentrically is arranged at the end of the first lock cylinder, a second locking column arranged eccentrically is arranged at the end of the second lock cylinder, and lock bolts are arranged in the lock bolt grooves. The second locking column is matched with the lock bolt for linkage, the second lock cylinder drives the second locking column to be linkage with the lock bolt so as to open or close the U-shaped locking beam. The first locking column is located at one end of the corresponding lock bolt, and the first lock cylinder rotates to drive the first locking column to movably locked or release the moving space for the corresponding locking bolt. The dual protection on the lock cylinder and lock bolt portions of the U-shaped lock, the lock cylinder damage or unlocking difficulty of a burglar are increased, and accordingly the anti-theft effect of the U-shaped lock is improved.
