Movement checking method of vehicle locking device and vehicle locking device
The invention discloses a movement checking method of a vehicle locking device. The method comprises the steps of: determining various working conditions of the locking device; respectively defining moving parts and fixed parts under the various working conditions; determining a movement connecting relation among the moving parts under each working condition, and determining driving pieces in the moving parts; detecting if gaps between the moving parts and the fixed parts in the moving process under each working condition satisfy design requirements and if moving travels of the driving pieces under each working condition satisfy the design requirements; if not, adjusting the related parts not satisfying the design requirements, replacing the related parts with the adjusted parts and placing the adjusted parts into the locking device, and repeating the steps; and otherwise, finishing the movement checking of the locking device. Through the technical scheme, the influence on the comfort performance, the use performance and the safety performance of vehicles from the interference between the moving parts and the adjacent fixed parts of the locking device caused by the smaller gaps or the abnormal noise caused by the collision in the actual door opening/closing process is prevented.
