The invention discloses an automatic door brake, which comprises a shell, an inertial rolling element and a brake apparatus, wherein the inertial rolling element and the brake apparatus are mounted in the shell; the brake apparatus comprises a brake driving element, a spring and a brake element; the brake driving element is in movable fit in the shell; the brake driving element is provided with a driving bevel; the brake element is connected with the brake driving element; the brake element is located below the brake driving element; the spring is located between the brake driving element and the inner lower end surface of the shell; the inertial rolling element is located between the driving bevel and the inner upper end surface of the shell. When being used, the automatic door brake drives the brake driving element to move downwards by utilizing the inertial rolling element, and has the contact friction with a floor by utilizing the brake element of the brake driving element, so as to inhibit a movable door from being quickly closed, and a child is effectively prevented from being jammed by the movable door.
