Door hinge structure
A door hinge structure comprises a hinge seat and a hinge swing rod, and is characterized by further comprising a hinge connection rod, a torsion spring and a compressed spring mechanism, wherein the front end of the hinge connection rod is hinged to the bottom end of the hinge swing rod; the torsion spring is located at the stretched state all the time; the front end of the torsion spring is mounted at the rear end of the hinge connection rod; the rear end of the torsion spring is mounted at the rear end of the hinge seat; the compressed spring mechanism is mounted on the hinge seat and is located under the hinge connection rod; when a door is at a closed state and is opened at an angle smaller than a pre-set angle, the compressed spring mechanism applies force to the hinge swing rod to generate a force for preventing the door from being opened; when the door is opened to be more than the pre-set angle, the compressed spring mechanism relieves the force applied to the hinge swing rod and the force for preventing the door from being opened is not generated. The door hinge structure has the advantages that the intensity for opening and closing the door is commonly controlled through the compressed spring mechanism and the torsion spring, and the hand feeling for opening and closing the door is moderate; moreover, after the door is closed, the compressed spring mechanism can continually apply a certain closing force to the door, and the door is prevented from being bounced off in a cooking process, so that the sealing effect of steam and microwaves is ensured.
