The inward opened door unit is opened in the indoor direction, the outward rotating door frame is opened in the outdoor direction, the inward opened door unit and the outward rotating door frame are hinged through the inner door hinges, the outward rotating door frame and the fixed door frame are hinged through the spring hinges, the inner door lock is installed on the inward opened door unit, and the safety lock is installed on an outward rotating door frame post or opening side fixed door frame post; in the closed state of the outward rotating door frame, an included angle ranging from 5 to 10 degrees is formed in the fitting position of the outward rotating door frame and the fixed door frame in the outdoor direction; the safety lock comprises a safety lock buckler, a safety lock pin, an upward pulling lock cylinder, a downward pulling lock cylinder, a third locking groove and a fourth locking groove.
