The invention relates to a foam concrete foaming agent. The foaming agent comprises, by weight, 6 parts to 10 parts of amino siloxane, 15 parts to 25 parts of isopropanol, 20 parts to 30 parts of ethanolamine, 1.5 parts to 2 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, and 2500 parts to 3000 parts of water. The foaming agent can be directly used for foaming, does not need to be diluted and is high in foaming efficiency, foam expansion is more than 80 times, foam is uniform and stable, foam cells are small, the stability is good, the quantity of secreted water is low, and the foaming agent is well compatible with cement mortar.
