Vibration-damping type cement emulsified asphalt mortar for subway
The invention discloses a vibration-damping type cement emulsified asphalt mortar for ballastless track. The mortar comprises the following components by weight: 100 parts of cement, 180 to 220 parts of fine aggregate, 80 to 110 parts of emulsified asphalt, 10 to 15 parts of an expansion agent, 0.015 part of aluminum powder, 0.12 part of a defoaming agent, 0 to 20 parts of water and 5 to 10 parts of polymer emulsion. According to the invention, the elastic property of the cement emulsified asphalt mortar is between the elastic property of CRTSI type low elastic modulus cement emulsified asphalt mortar and the elastic property of CRTSII type high elastic modulus cement emulsified asphalt mortar; the durability of the cement emulsified asphalt mortar is improved; meanwhile, the elastic property of the cement emulsified asphalt mortar meets the vibration-damping requirement of subway track; thus, the cement emulsified asphalt mortar in the invention has critical significance to the long-term safe use of a subway track structure and reduction of damage of vibration to buildings and living environment of residents.
