The invention discloses a crystal macadam ceramic tile capable of allaying tiredness and a preparation method thereof. The crystal macadam ceramic tile is prepared by the following raw materials in part by weight: 32-46 parts of crystal macadam, 24-38 parts of zebra stone, 15-25 parts of tourmaline, 12-18 parts of oil shale, 22-34 parts of red mud, 16-22 parts of firebrick slag, 3-5 parts of yttrium oxide, 15-23 parts of boiler ash, 22-28 parts of composite clay, 2-4 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosine, 7-13 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 3-5 parts of triethanolamine, 4-6 parts of sodium alginate, and 2-4 parts of disodium methylene dinaphthalenesulfonate. The ceramic tile can generate a magnetic line which is benefit to human body health; the magnetic line is acted on spinal nerves of the human body, allay tiredness accumulated by human body, enhance magnetizing function of carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, manganese, iron and others in the human body organization, stimulate the in-vivo cells and make cells obtain stronger regenerative capacity; besides, the magnetic line can extend muscles and effectively relive various pains. The ceramic tile prepared by the invention is light in weight, high in intensity, low in water absorption, small in thermal expansion coefficient; the ceramic tile is acid, alkali and corrosion resistance, safe and environment-friendly, and durable.
