The invention discloses a doped barium zirconate titanate-based ferroelectric ceramic material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of lead-free ferroelectric ceramic material synthesis. The key point of the technical scheme of the invention is that the doped barium zirconate titanate-based ferroelectric ceramic material has the composition of Ba1-x(A0.5B0.5)xZr0.15Ti0.85O3, wherein A is Bi; B is K, Na or Li; and x is larger than 0 and no larger than 0.1. The invention also discloses the preparation method of the doped barium zirconate titanate-based ferroelectric ceramic material. An existing lead zirconate titanate ferroelectric ceramic material contains lead, such that an environment pollution problem is caused during the application and waste treatment processes of the material. With the material provided by the invention, the problem is effectively solved; and the dielectric properties of the lead-free-series ferroelectric ceramic material are improved. The prepared doped barium zirconate titanate-based ferroelectric ceramic material has a good market application prospect as an environment-friendly ferroelectric ceramic material.
