Preparation method of corrosion-resistant aerated brick
The invention discloses a preparation method of a corrosion-resistant aerated brick. The preparation method comprises steps as follows: (1) mixing raw materials in parts by dry-basis mass as follows: 20-25 parts of screened high titanium type blast furnace slag sand with particle sizes ranging from 400 meshes to 600 meshes, 18-20 parts of quicklime, 5-7 parts of low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement, 1.5-3 parts of waste aluminum powder, 2.5-3 parts of a foaming agent and 58-70 parts of inorganic aggregate particles, adding a proper amount of water while stirring to form pulp, foaming the pulp at the temperature of 30-40 DEG C for 30-40 min, and performing steam curing for 24-18 h under the normal pressure to obtain a green body. The consumption of the high titanium type blast furnace slag sand is large, a large amount of boiler flue gas is used during carbonation, the production process is energy-saving and environment-friendly, the aerated brick has excellent corrosion resistance, and meanwhile, a new raw material source is provided for hollow bricks.
