The invention relates to an oily sludge reclaimed rubber deceleration strip. The deceleration strip is formed by black rubber and yellow rubber alternately; the black rubber comprises components as follows: oily sludge reclaimed rubber, natural rubber, butadiene styrene rubber, high styrene rubber, zinc oxide, light calcium carbonate, paraffin oil, an accelerant TMTD, stearic acid, an anti-ageing agent D, an accelerant CZ and a vulcanizing agent; the yellow rubber comprises components as follows: natural rubber, butadiene styrene rubber, high styrene rubber, zinc oxide, light calcium carbonate, paraffin oil, an accelerant TMTD, stearic acid, an anti-ageing agent D, an accelerant CZ, a vulcanizing agent and white carbon black. The deceleration strip product prepared with the formula is pressure-resistant, solvent-resistant and excellent in physical property; the oily sludge reclaimed rubber is used as a main component, the utilization rate of oily sludge is increased, the processing cost is reduced, and properties, the cost and waste recycling are organically unified.
