The invention discloses a multi-layer composite building plastic template based on PVC and a design method of the multi-layer composite building plastic template. The multi-layer composite building plastic template consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: a main material: 75 parts of PVC; packing materials: 20 parts of calcium powder and 20 parts of wood meal; auxiliaries: 4.3 parts of a stabilizer, 1 part of 401, 1 part of 175, 10 parts of a foaming modifier DLP-100, 6 parts of CPE, 0.3 part of 3316, 0.3 part of stearic acid, 0.4 part of PE wax, 0.7 part of G60, 0.5 part of an AC foaming agent, 2 parts of epoxidized soybean oil and 1 part of an NC foaming agent. The design method comprises the following steps: adding resin, straws, saw dust and other powder to a composite modifier, performing high-temperature mixing treatment and drying, performing pelleting, performing extrusion molding through an extruding machine, performing cooling forming through a cooling machine, performing sizing cutting through a traction machine, performing fabrication processing, checking, packaging into warehouse, and recycling waste materials for reproduction. The multi-layer composite building plastic template is compact in structure, hard and rough in texture, smooth in surface and light in weight.
