The invention discloses an alkali-corrosion-resistant composite material which is formed by mixing 11 materials, including as 50-60 parts of terephthalic acid unsaturated polyester, 10-15 parts of glass fiber, 1-2 parts of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, 1-2 parts of N'N diethyl aniline, 1-2 parts of benzotriazole, 0.5-2.5 parts of thermosetting amino resin. The invention further discloses an alkali-corrosion-resistant diffuse-reflection daylighting panel made of the composite material and a preparation method of the daylighting panel. The composite material and the daylighting panel provided by the invention have favorable alkali corrosion resistance.
