The invention discloses a polymer cement concrete thin layer which is characterized in that the polymer cement concrete thin layer is composed of a polymer-modified cement mortar (PCM), a polymer-impregnated mortar (PCM), silicic acid, a hydraulic binder and water according to the mass ratio of (50-70):(30-50):(10-20):(1-5):(25-35). With mixing utilization of the polymer-modified cement mortar (PCM) and the polymer-impregnated mortar (PCM), the polymer cement concrete thin layer is prepared; in the process of using, the strength is high, pot holes and other phenomena do not easily appear due to strong binding power, and the service life is prolonged; and base materials are easy to obtain so as to reduce the production cost.
