The invention relates to a simple assembled temporary construction steel plate pavement system and a construction method of the simple assembled temporary construction steel plate pavement system. The system consists of standard curbs, water discharge curbs, a cement stabilizing gravel layer and a steel plate pavement, wherein the steel plate pavement is laid on the cement stabilizing gravel layer; two short edges of the steel plate pavement are embedded into rectangular grooves formed in the two standard curbs; in a water discharge position, the water discharge curbs are used for replacing the standard curbs; and the two short edges of the steel plate pavement are embedded into rectangular grooves formed in the two water discharge curbs. The system and the construction method have the advantages that the structural design is reasonable; the curbs adopt prefabrication construction; the quality can be easily ensured; the structural intensity of the system is high; the transportation is convenient; the construction is convenient and fast; the repeated use can be realized; and the system and the construction method are suitable to be used for laying temporary roads in construction sites.
