The invention discloses a hand-push type site scriber. The hand-push type site scriber consists of a mortar barrel (1), fixing rods (2), vehicle wheels (3), a hand-push rod (4), transmission rods (7) and a mortar controlling rod (10), wherein a mortar funnel (8) is arranged above the mortar barrel; the mortar controlling rod (10) is arranged in the middle of the mortar barrel; the upper part of the mortar controlling rod is connected with a crank shaft (9) in the middle together; a mortar controlling rod screw (11) is arranged at a position close to a barrel cover in a penetrating manner, and a mortar controlling piston is arranged below the mortar controlling rod screw (11); a mortar discharging valve (6) is arranged below the mortar barrel; the mortar barrel is fixed to a mortar vehicle through the fixing rods; and a wheel is also arranged below the hand-push rod, and the wheel is larger than the two vehicle wheels on a vehicle body. The hand-push type site scriber has the positive effects of being capable of drawing solid lines and dotted lines, and is an ideal scribing tool for public sites.
