The invention provides an elevated road runoff utilization system which comprises a water distribution unit, a treatment unit, a drainage unit, a regulation and storage unit, a water conveying unit and a power unit. The water distribution unit, the treatment unit and the drainage unit are arranged in the space under a bridge and a beam column; the regulation and storage unit is arranged on the ground; the water conveying unit is arranged on the beam column and the side of the bridge; the power unit is distributed on the side of the bridge. A treatment module and a filling material in the module are matched flexibly by the system according to the runoff pollution loads. A small-sized wind driven generator and a solar panel are arranged on the two sides of a bridge deck, and electricity is generated by using enough wind energy and solar energy on the channel of the elevated bridge, and is stored. Runoff of the bridge deck is treated, regulated and stored through the system and then conveyed to the bridge deck for reuse through renewable electricity. The runoff can circulate in the whole system, so that water resource is saved.
