The portable falling prevention road cone comprises a cone body, wherein the cone body comprises first annular plates, a second annular plate, a third annular plate, a fourth annular plate and a circular plate, wherein each of the first annular plate is in a circular ring shape; each of the second annular plate, the third annular plate and the fourth annular plate is provided with a hinging part; the circular plate is in a circular shape; the first annular plates, the second annular plate, the third annular plate, the fourth annular plate and the circular plate can be combined to form a circular plate-shaped structure; the second annular plate, the third annular plate, the fourth annular plate and the circular plate can also be upwards stretched; the portable falling prevention road cone also comprises a base; a balancing weight is arranged in the base; the portable falling prevention road cone also comprises an annular bottom ring connected with the first annular plates; a first connecting part is arranged on the bottom ring; a second connecting part is arranged on the base; two mutually symmetrical bulges are arranged on the base; two grooves corresponding to the two bulges are formed in the bottom ring; and the bulges are embedded in the grooves. The portable falling prevention road cone has the advantages that the road cone can be fast converted into a road cone of a tumbler structure, and the cone body can be conveniently stretched or folded according to requirements.
