The invention discloses a wet and dry dual-purpose hand-propelled pavement sweeping car, which comprises a car body, an underpan, a water tank and a dustbin, wherein the car body is fixed above the underpan; the water tank and the dustbin are arranged in the car body; the water tank is arranged above the dustbin; a push handle in inclined arrangement is also arranged on an upper plane of the underpan; four walking wheels are arranged on a lower plane of the underpan; and a sweeping device driven by transmission mechanisms is arranged on the underpan. The wet and dry dual-purpose hand-propelled pavement sweeping car has the advantages that through the arrangement of two groups of transmission mechanisms and hair brush turntables, the effect of gathering garbage on the pavement is also achieved during the pavement sweeping work; the garbage recovering efficiency of a dust collector is improved; a dust blocking curtain and the water tank are installed, water can be conveyed to the dust blocking curtain through a water supplying pipe; the dust blocking curtain is used for performing pavement brushing and washing operation; the wet and dry dual-purpose effect of the device is achieved; both dry sweeping and brushing washing can be performed on the pavement; practicability and convenience are realized; and the work efficiency of sanitation workers is greatly improved.
