The invention provides a water-ring vacuum pump prepressing and pressing method as well as a prepressing and reinforcing device thereof. The device is characterized by comprising a water-ring vacuum pump device, water-vapor separation devices, vacuum jet pump devices, sealing film lower PVC pipe networks, filter pipe networks and electromagnetic induction devices, wherein the water-vapor separation devices comprise primary water-vapor separation devices and ultimate water-vapor separation devices, and a suction end of the water-ring vacuum pump device is connected with the multiple ultimate water-vapor separation devices and the vacuum jet pump devices respectively. The electromagnetic induction devices are also added for the soft foundation treatment device, after the ultimate water-vapor separation devices run for a certain period, when the water separated from the inside is too much and reaches a set water level, the electromagnetic induction devices begin to work, specific electric valves are closed and opened, and redundant accumulated water is drained automatically. The soft foundation treatment device is simple in structure, quick to mount and capable of performing effective organization and realizing the ideal vacuum effect within a shorter time.
