The invention relates to a permafrost foundation refrigerating structure for a buried heat pipeline. The permafrost foundation refrigerating structure comprises a U-shaped ventilating pipe arranged above a permafrost table, wherein trumpet type connecting pipes are communicated with the U-shaped ventilating pipe, automatic air doors are placed at orifices of the U-shaped ventilating pipe, a heat pipeline is arranged in the U-shaped ventilating pipe, a bearing heat insulation layer is arranged between the U-shaped ventilating pipe and the heat pipeline, and filling is padded at the bottom of the trumpet type connecting pipes; each air door comprises a spring, a magnetic material, a rust-proof hinge, a door plate and a sealing washer, the corresponding orifice of the U-shaped ventilating pipe and the oval door plate are connected by the rust-proof hinge, the magnetic material and the spring are arranged on the door plate, the spring is arranged between the corresponding orifice of the U-shaped ventilating pipe and the door plate, and the sealing washer is mounted on the periphery of the door plate. With adoption of the structure, when the air temperature is reduced in cold seasons, the automatic air doors are opened, and cold air enters the U-shaped ventilating pipe and refrigerates the foundation; when the air temperature is increased in warm seasons, the automatic air doors are closed, and energy exchange between the U-shaped ventilating pipe and air is prevented. Safe operation of the pipeline is guaranteed, and the purpose that cold energy is stored in winter to keep stable permafrost foundation for the pipeline can be achieved.
