The invention provides a quick sand layer anti-burying rainfall device which comprises a circular air gasket arranged in the horizontal direction. A plurality of water filtering pipes are vertically arranged at the edge of the air gasket downwards. Water filtering holes are formed in the water filtering pipes densely. The water filtering pipes are connected with an annular water pipe arranged at the edge of the air gasket. A water pump connected with the annular water pipe is fixedly arranged on the upper portion of the air gasket. The natural buoyancy of the air gasket is used, during a quick sand generating process, natural upward floating is carried out, rainfall does not need to be stopped, the water pump cannot be buried, rainfall effect is improved, watching by a person is of no need, and human cost is saved.
