The invention discloses a rainwater collection and treatment system. The rainwater collection and treatment system comprises a rainwater receiving pond, a filter discarding device and an underground water storage pond. The underground water storage pond is a water storage device composed of multiple rainwater-storage PP module assemblies. A water inlet of the underground water storage pond is provided with a water inlet filter well. A water outlet of the rainwater receiving pond is communicated with a water inlet of the filter discarding device. A water outlet of the filter discarding device is communicated with the water inlet filter well by means of a filter core. A water outlet of the underground water storage pond is provided with a greening watering pipe for connection. By overcoming defects in the prior art, the green and energy-saving rainwater collection and treatment system for a building is simple in design, reasonable in structure, convenient in installation and low in cost and is totally-enclosed-type, energy-saving, eco-friendly, natural, healthy and comfortable.
