The invention discloses a repairing method for concrete mold swelling. The repairing method comprises steps of polishing the outside of a mold-swelling part of a concrete structural surface for forming a plain segment surrounding the outside of the mold-swelling part, adopting an electric tool to remove the mold-swelling part in the plain segment by chiseling in order to obtain a removed concrete surface by chiseling, chiseling the removed concrete surface by chiseling to form a rough surface, and repairing the concrete structural surface.The repairing method for concrete mold swelling has following beneficial effects: by combination among an electric removing by chiseling, electric chiseling and manual chiseling, the mold-swelling part of the concrete surface is chiseled by carrying out chiseling operation for three times so that construction efficiency is improved; and the pre-polished plain segment is utilized for ensuring the chiseling range of electronic chiseling so that damage to the normal concrete surface and a bar structure is avoided.
