The invention discloses a rood panel reinforcing method. The method is characterized by comprising the following construction procedures: 1 cleaning structures on a roof concrete panel; 2 drilling a guide hole in the roof concrete panel; 3 propping the roof concrete panel with box iron; 4 chiseling the local concrete at the end of the roof concrete panel; 5 chiseling local roof concrete panels at a reinforcing rib supporting point; 6 installing an adjusting bolt and an adjusting nut in sequence at the reinforcing rib supporting point; 7 pouring and tamping inflatable concrete including thin stone at the reinforcing rib supporting position; 8 after locating an anchorage device, pouring and tamping the inflatable concrete including thin stone; 9 after certain strength is achieved in the inflatable concrete including thin stone, conducting tensioning; 10 conducting grouting treatment to the guide hole, and fastening the reinforcing rib with the anchorage device; 11 conducting sealing treatment to the joint between the reinforcing rib and the anchorage device with building sealant; 12 applying a polyurethane coating; 13 laying modified asphalt membranes; 14 pouring and tamping an expanded and vitrified small ball lightweight screed protection layer; 15 dismantling the box iron used for propping the roof concrete panel; 16 jetting concrete to the lower portion of the roof concrete panel. According to the roof panel reinforcing method, the mechanical property is good, and the construction operation is safe and reliable.
