The invention discloses an assembled movable toll booth and a rapid manufacturing method thereof. An assembled movable toll booth body and a roof capable of being hoisted are connected into a whole through L-shaped connecting plates. The toll booth body comprises a profile steel framework, a combined wall, an aluminum alloy door and aluminum alloy windows, the profile steel framework is a main supporting structure, and the aluminum alloy door is installed on the profile steel framework through movable hinges. The roof capable of being hoisted is formed by a roof framework, a triangular light framework layer, a polyurethane thermal insulating layer and stainless steel roof combination boards, and a circular hanging ring is arranged on the roof in advance and facilitates roof hoisting during assembling. During manufacturing, needed materials are cut first according to requirements and then transported to a site, the profile steel framework is built, the light framework layer is disposed on the profile steel framework, the combined wall is poured, the rood combination boards are arranged, the roof is hoisted onto the toll booth body, and the roof and the toll booth body are connected into a whole through the L-shaped connecting plates. The assembled movable toll booth has the advantages of being simple and practical in structure, capable of being rapidly constructed and manufactured on site, low in cost, capable of saving energy, environmentally friendly and the like, and has good application prospects.
