A magnetic lock comprises a lock cylinder, wherein a rotating core is arranged in the lock cylinder, a plurality of pin tumbler holes penetrate through the lock cylinder and the rotating core, at least two pin tumblers are arranged in each pin tumbler hole, springs for pressing the pin tumblers are also arranged, attraction unlocking holes are also formed in lower parts of the lock cylinder and the rotating core, attraction unlocking iron pins are arranged in the attraction unlocking holes, and magnets are arranged in corresponding positions of a key. According to the magnetic lock, the formed attraction unlocking holes cooperate with the magnets, so that the technical effect that only the special key can unlock the lock is realized, that is, unlocking assistance can be realized only when the magnets are arranged additionally and positions of the magnets are proper. The lock cannot be unlocked even through a full-magnetic key due to attraction locking hole structures, that is, unlocking can be realized when the magnets are arranged in proper positions only and do not exist in other places, pin tumbler locking structures are matched, and the safety is very high.
