The invention discloses a thermal insulation window and door frame which comprises a left frame body and a right frame body. The left frame body comprises a first cavity, a second cavity and a left thermal insulation belt arranged between the first cavity and the second cavity, the right frame body comprises a third cavity, a fourth cavity, a fifth cavity and a right thermal insulation belt arranged between the third cavity and the fourth cavity, the fifth cavity is connected with the outer side of the third cavity through a clamping groove, the left frame body is connected with the right frame body through a clamping groove, a separation cavity is formed between the left frame body and the right frame body, a fixing plate extends out of the outer side of the fourth cavity, and first thermal insulation foam is arranged between the fifth cavity and the fixing plate. The left frame body and the right frame body comprise the five cavities together, thermal insulation strips and the thermal insulation foam are used in the frame bodies, the frame bodies and the cavities are connected through right-angled seals, heat transfer can be stopped effectively, and good thermal insulation, sealing and water prevention functions are achieved.
