The invention provides an energy-saving aluminum alloy door and window. The energy-saving aluminum alloy door and window comprise a first inner frame, a second inner frame, a first outer frame and a second outer frame. Thermal insulating strips A and thermal insulating strips B are arranged between the frames respectively. Glass is connected between the second inner frame and the second outer frame. Equal-pressure cavities are formed between the thermal insulating strips A and the thermal insulating strips B. Each of the thermal insulating strips A and the thermal insulating strips B comprises an H-shaped thermal insulating strip and two I-shaped thermal insulating strips, wherein the two I-shaped thermal insulating strips are embedded in the two sides of the inner frames and the two sides of the outer frames, and the H-shaped thermal insulating strips are embedded in the center lines of the I-shaped thermal insulating strips. The cavities formed by the frames and the thermal insulating strips are filled with foam. The glass is three-glass and two-cavity hollow tempered glass. According to the technical scheme, the improvement is made from the aspects of the door and window frames, glass structures, the combination and the like, and the overall energy saving coefficient of the door and window is smaller than or equal to 1.3.
