The invention relates to a thermal insulation sound-proof door which is characterized by comprising an upper door sheet, a lower door sheet and a thermal insulation layer, wherein an upper groove is formed in one side face of the upper door sheet in an upward sunken manner; the lower door sheet is arranged below the upper door sheet; a lower groove, corresponding to the upper groove, is formed in one side face, facing the upper door sheet, of the lower door sheet in a downward sunken manner; the thermal insulation layer is arranged between the upper door sheet and the lower door sheet and comprises an upper thermal insulation layer and a lower thermal insulation layer; the upper thermal insulation layer is arranged on the upper door sheet and formed in a sunken manner corresponding to the upper groove at the position of the upper groove; the lower thermal insulation layer is arranged on the lower door sheet and formed in a sunken manner corresponding to the lower groove at the position of the lower groove; the sunken part of the upper thermal insulation layer and the sunken part of the lower thermal insulation layer are combined to form a closed space. Therefore, the thermal insulation sound-proof door has the sound and thermal insulation functions, and can effectively play the effects of silence, sound insulation, thermal insulation and confidentiality.
