The invention provides a double-switch window alarming fence comprising a fence body. Longitudinal guard bars and transverse guard bars are arranged in the rectangular fence body. Elastic hinges are arranged on the lower portion of the fence body. Two electronic switches which are connected in series are arranged on the fence body. The switches are connected with an alarming device in a wireless or wired mode. A wireless phone card is inserted into the alarming device. The fence body is fixedly installed on a window or an outer wall of a balcony. If a lawbreaker pulls or climbs or steps the window or the balcony, the fence body is inclined outwards by 5-10 degrees, the electronic switches are switched on, and the alarming device gives out an alarm on the spot or gives out a telephone alarm.
