Novel cementing material capable of absorbing CO2 and preparation method of novel cementing material
The invention relates to a novel cementing material capable of absorbing CO2 and a preparation method of the novel cementing material. The novel cementing material is characterized by comprising the following mineral components in percentage by mass: 18%-40% of aedelforsite, 58%-80% of wollastonite and 1%-4% of ferrosilite. The material has the characteristics of low calcium-silicate ratio, low firing temperature, and free of water consumption in a maintenance process, and is capable of absorbing CO2; and the preparation method comprises the following steps: with quartzite as a silicon source, and limestone as a calcium source, mixing evenly, drying, tabletting, burning and grinding to obtain the charred material with low calcium-silicate ratio. The novel cementing material has the advantages of being easily-available in raw materials, simple in burning equipment and simple and convenient in process; the pressure of high energy consumption and high emission to environment in traditional portland cement can be relieved by the technique; and the novel cementing material can play a great role in saving a water resource.
