Cement-bentonite slurry preparation and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a cement-bentonite slurry preparation and a preparation method thereof. The cement-bentonite slurry preparation is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1 part of water, 0.6-0.8 part of cement, 0.4-0.2 part of bentonite and 0.005-0.01 part of sodium carbonate. The ratio of the water to the sum of cement and bentonite is 1:1. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1. proportionally adding the water into a stirring tank; 2. starting the stirring tank; 3. proportionally and sequentially adding the cement, bentonite and sodium carbonate into the stirring tank; and 4. putting the mixture obtained in the step 3 into a slurry storage pool or slurry storage tank provided with a stirring device. The method greatly enhances the waterproofing and water-seal effects of the cement-bentonite slurry preparation, so that the cement-bentonite slurry preparation has favorable application effect and satisfies the use demands.
