The invention discloses a production method of novel antiseptic impermeable concrete and relates to the technical field of building materials. The production method includes the steps of A, dewatering filter mud 50% to 70% in water content to obtain dewatered mud not higher than 30% in water content; B, mixing well the dewatered mud obtained in the step A, borosilicate inorganic glass flake, gypsum, polyacrylamide, sodium borate and potassium alum, performing grinding, adding water reducer and water before mixing, and performing mixing again; C, mixing well cement, sand, gravel and mineral powder to obtain mixture, mixing the mixture with mixed pulp obtained in the step B, performing stirring to allow reaction for 8 to 12 minutes, and performing casting and vibrating; and D, performing curing for 7 to 9 days in the moist environment at 5 DEG C to 25 DEG C. The method has the advantage that the novel concrete low in costa and good in antibacterial and anti-permeating performances is produced by recycling the filter mud.
