The invention provides a crack sealer for a building exterior wall tile, and a preparation method and a construction process thereof; the crack sealer contains an inorganic admixture composed of cement, coal ash, 70-100-mesh coarse quartz sand, 100-200-mesh fine quartz sand, rubber powder, a water repellent, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, an inhibitory alkali efflorescence agent, a rubber powder optimizing element and a mortar optimization agent; and the crack sealer further comprises an additive. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing various components, drying for 24 h, naturally cooling to room temperature, stirring, heating, and stirring again; and the construction process comprises the following steps: cleaning a position to be sealed, fully filling at the position to be sealed, compacting the paste like crack sealer, and finally, cleanly processing the redundant crack sealer on the surface of the tile. The crack sealer prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is capable of effectively preventing free calcium in cement mortar from being separated out and has the anti-cracking property, the waterproof property and the good endurance; according to the construction process disclosed by the invention, the esthetic effect of a decorative tile material can be more obvious; and furthermore, the crack sealer is low in cost, simple to construct, environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
