Fibrous concrete for permanent shutterings and permanent shuttering device
The invention discloses a fibrous concrete for permanent shutterings and a permanent shuttering device. The concrete is composed of 1 part of cement, 0.07-0.15 part of silica fume, 0.1-0.2 part of ore powder, 1.2-1.5 parts of quartz sand, 0.22-0.26 part of water and 0.02-0.03 part of water reducing agent, and the doping amount of a defoaming agent is 4-5% of that of the water reducing agent. The device comprises hardboards, connecting piece preformed holes and bolt holes, wherein the front surface of each hardboard is a flat surface, and the back surface is provided with grooves and dovetailed bulge strips and also provided with the connecting piece preformed holes and bolt holes; every two adjacent hardboards on the left and right are spliced and connected by bolts through the bolt holes; and the connecting surfaces are bonded with an adhesive. By combining the permanent shuttering and concrete structure, the cast forming structure is used as both a protective board and an outer protective layer and bears part of loads, thereby obviously improving the durability and service life of the concrete structure.
