The invention discloses a method for preparing an autoclaved sand-lime brick from lead-zinc tailings and recycled concrete aggregate and belongs to the field of resource comprehensive utilization and building materials. The autoclaved sand-lime brick is prepared from 50-85wt% of lead-zinc tailings, 10-40wt% of recycled concrete aggregate and 5-15wt% of quicklime. The autoclaved sand-lime brick belongs to the MU12-20 level and has the characteristics of high strength, high elastic modulus and antifreezing performances. The method has a solid waste utilization rate of 85%, provides a novel use approach for comprehensive utilization of solid wastes such as lead-zinc tailings and recycled concrete aggregate hard to use, and solves the problems of farmland occupation, environmental pollution and low social safety caused by stockpiling of a lot of solid wastes.
