Method for preparing autoclaved brick from tungsten tailings and waste tungsten ore
The invention discloses a method for preparing an autoclaved brick from tungsten tailings and waste tungsten ore and belongs to the field of building materials and resource comprehensive utilization. The autoclaved brick is prepared from 45-85% of tungsten tailings comprising less than 8% of particles with sizes of -0.074mm, greater than 36% of particles with sizes of +0.16mm and 2% of particles with sizes of +1.25mm, 3-35% of picked waste tungsten ore with particle sizes of 3-10mm, and 5-20% of ground carbide slag comprising 90% of particles with sizes of -0.074mm. The method comprises carrying out hydraulic classification on tungsten tailings, carrying out mixing stirring on the ground picked waste tungsten ore and carbide slag, carrying out secondary mixing with water under the control of wet base water content of 8-13%, carrying out pressing molding on the mixture under pressure of 20-30 MPa, and carrying out autoclaved curing to obtain the autoclaved brick with MU15-25 level. The method has a solid waste usage rate of 100%, provides a novel approach for stockpiling of a lot of tungsten tailings and waste tungsten ore and satisfies a national industrial policy of energy saving and emission reduction.
