Core board for fireproof door
The invention discloses a core board for a fireproof door. The core board is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 60%-70% of a solid material and 30%-40% of a liquid material, wherein the solid material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30%-35% of MgSO4.7H2O, 50%-60% of MgO, 11%-13% of silica powder and 2%-3% of an admixture; and the liquid material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50%-60% of a magnesium sulfate solution, 2%-3% of a foaming agent and 40%-45% of water. The core board for the fireproof door does not contain any halide ion, is simple in component, high in corrosion resistance, free of active magnesia and low in cost, has the advantages of excellent fireproof performance and high bending resistance and fracture resistance, simultaneously has anticorrosive and moisture-proof effects, and can be applied to production of fireproof doors on a large scale.
