Grouting trolley
The invention discloses a grouting trolley, and belongs to the field of bridge construction equipment. The grouting trolley comprises a stirring tank, a slurry storage tank, a slurry delivery pipeline and a slurry discharge pipeline. The stirring tank and the slurry storage tank are arranged on a base, the slurry delivery pipeline and the slurry discharge pipeline are connected with two ends of a prestressed pipeline and are provided with flow meters and pressure gauges, a feeding sieve is arranged above the stirring tank, a liquid crystal display which is connected with a control center is arranged on the upper surface of the feeding sieve, and a gravity sensor which is connected with the control center is arranged between the stirring tank and the base; the lower end of the stirring tank is connected with a slurry guide pipe by a centrifugal pump, and a movable elbow which can delivery cement slurry to the stirring tank or the storage tank is arranged at the upper end of the slurry guide pipe; the flow meters are vertically mounted on the slurry delivery pipeline and the slurry discharge pipeline, and the cement slurry in the flow meters can be delivered from bottom to top; the pressure gauges are transversely arranged on the slurry delivery pipeline and the slurry discharge pipeline. The grouting trolley has the advantages that water slurry is high in quality, the grouting compactness can be improved, and the grouting quality of prestressed bridges can be guaranteed.
