The invention discloses a subgrade reinforcement structure for a pond in a deep soft soil area and a construction method for the subgrade reinforcement structure. The subgrade reinforcement structure comprises a plurality of cored piles which are arranged at intervals and penetrate through a soft layer to enter a hardcore, wherein each cored pile comprises a mixing pile and a core pile; the core piles are coaxially embedded into the mixing piles; a reinforcement cushion, a water seepage soil layer and an embankment are sequentially arranged at the tops of the reinforcement piles; a fine-grained soil layer compacted to a certain degree is arranged between the reinforcement cushion and the soft layer; a toe wall is arranged at the toe of a slope; a mortar rubble for slope protection is arranged on one side of the water seepage soil layer, and extends to the toe of the slope; a drain hole is formed in the mortar rubble; the reinforcement cushion is communicated with the outside through the drain hole. The subgrade reinforcement structure is high in bearing capacity and mechanical performance and low in construction cost, and can be used for a ballast track railway and a high-grade highway to pass through the deep soft soil area.
