The invention discloses a basement supporting structure of a main building with a podium building. The basement supporting structure is characterized in that a temporary enclosure wall is arranged between the main building and the podium building, and two high-pressure jet grouting piles are arranged on each of the outer sides of the joints between a main building enclosure wall and a podium building enclosure wall, so that the problem of water seepage at the positions weak in seepage-proof performance is solved; two high-pressure jet grouting piles are used at each of the trough-section seam positions of the main building enclosure wall, the podium building enclosure wall and the temporary enclosure wall for seepage-proof seam filling, and two high-pressure jet grouting piles are also arranged at each of the corner positions of the main building enclosure wall and the podium building enclosure wall; steel plate water-stop belts are arranged at the cross positions of the main building enclosure wall, the podium building enclosure wall and the temporary enclosure wall, a circular-ring brace is arranged on the inner side of the main building enclosure wall, and angle braces are arranged between the circular-ring brace and the main building enclosure wall and are made of concrete or steel; a truss supporting system is arranged in the middle of the main building enclosure wall, supporting columns are arranged on the lower portions of truss girders so as to maintain stability in a plane, concrete outlets are formed in a top plate of the podium building, and flanging beams are arranged at four corners of the concrete outlets additionally.
