The invention relates to a capsule floating-type geotextile covering silt prevention system of an immersed tunnel foundation bed. The capsule floating-type geotextile covering silt prevention system of the immersed tunnel foundation bed comprises a geotextile automatic floating device and special geotextile covering vessels, wherein the geotextile automatic floating device comprises geotextiles and airbags, the airbags are connected onto the geotextiles and are connected with inflating pipes; the special geotextile covering vessels comprise two geotextile-laying vessels, and a sliding plate is arranged at one end of each geotextile-laying vessel. By using the scheme, silt is enabled to fall onto the protection geotextiles, and by automatically floating the geotextiles and silt together through inflating the airbags on the geotextiles before installation of immersed tubes, the thorough isolation between the silt and the foundation bed is realized and the integrity of the foundation bed is protected.
