The present invention relates to a fixed-range adjustable fixture for fixing the pillars of reinforcing steel bars, which comprises a fixed plate. The fixed plate is at least provided with three fixed columns. The fixed columns are axially provided with threaded holes. One end of a threaded rod is fixed inside the fixed columns through being matched with the threaded holes, and the other end of the threaded rod is threadedly connected with a truncated cone. The center of the truncated cone is provided with a threaded through hole matched with the threaded rod. The end portion of the threaded rod is provided with the truncated cone and the outer wall of the truncated cone is provided with a ring slot. The fixed plate is provided with a fixed groove. The fixed groove is arranged at one side of the fixed plate that is opposite to the threaded rod. According to the technical scheme of the invention, through changing the position of the threaded rod on the fixed columns and the position of the truncated cone on the threaded rod, the fixture can be adjusted within a fixed range. Therefore, the fixture can be used for fixing the pillars of reinforcing steel bars of different sizes.
