The invention discloses an aluminum alloy decorative plate. The aluminum alloy decorative plate comprises an aluminum alloy plate, wherein the aluminum alloy plate comprises an aluminum alloy upper-layer plate and an aluminum alloy lower-layer plate which are vertically symmetrical; the outer side of the aluminum alloy upper-layer plate is provided with a luminous layer in an adhering way through an adhesive; the surface of the luminous layer is provided with a transparent protection layer; the inner part of the luminous layer is provided with an LED (Light Emitting Diode) luminous tube; the outer side of the aluminum alloy lower-layer plate is provided with a titanium-silicon alloy layer in the adhering way; a foaming polyurethane layer is arranged between the aluminum alloy upper-layer plate and the aluminum alloy lower-layer plate; the inner part of the foaming polyurethane layer is provided with a solar panel. According to the aluminum alloy decorative plate disclosed by the invention, light emitting, heat preservation and decoration are integrated, the special requirements of special sites are met, a traditional wall body structure is improved, the installing technology is simple, the decorative effect is good, and the application range is enlarged.
