Dry hanging construction process for stone material
The invention discloses a dry hanging construction process for a stone material. The dry hanging construction process comprises the steps of 1) processing the stone material; 2) cleaning a facing structure; 3) hanging up; 4) sequentially fixing a plurality of bottom surface plate brackets on the facing structure, wherein bottom surface plates are correspondingly mounted on the bottom surface plate brackets and are kept in the same level; 5) forming a plurality of positioning holes in the side edge of the facing structure according to the preset scheme, and respectively fixing an expansion bolt into each positioning hole; 6) fixedly mounting angle steels and flat steel plates on the expansion bolts; 7) sequentially mounting a stone plate layer toward the middle part of each bottom surface plate on the side corner of the facing structure, wherein a cement mortar layer is arranged between a stone plate on each stone plate layer and the corresponding bottom surface plate; 8) adhering pollution preventing strips along the side edges of the stone plates; 9) wiping the stone plates through cotton silk with acetone. The process is high in earthquake resistance, good in corrosion resistance, and high in durability.
